Shipping Policy 

We proudly ship both domestically within the United States and internationally. 

• Processing Times: Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. 
• Shipping Times: Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days after shipping. International delivery times will vary by destination and may take 2-4 weeks depending on Customs clearance

Return Policy 

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products.

Commission Inquiries? 

Processing Time: 

• Commissions typically take 2-3 weeks to complete after the deposit is received.
• Additional time may be required for larger or highly detailed pieces.

Pricing: 

• Pricing varies depending on the size and complexity of the artwork. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

Payment Terms: 

• A non refundable deposit is required to secure your comission and begin the process
• The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the artowrk and prior to shipping

Shipping Terms: 

• Shipping costs will be calculated separately and included in the final invoice
